Quinoa, raisins (canola oil), almonds (coconut oil, canola oil), cranberries (cane sugar, sunflower oil), spices. Makes 6 cups finished product.
Cooking instructions...Remove fruit and nuts from package. ADD quinoa to 2 cups of boiling water, turn down heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add fruit and nuts and chill in the fridge. Before serving add 1 can (drained) of chickpeas and 1/2 cup of fresh chopped mint.
