We are in the Gift Basket business here at Heartstrings! A little intel on the person or company receiving the basket is helpful but not required. We will then go to work customizing you a beautiful basket. We have plenty of chocolates, homemade fudge, foodie items, non-alcoholic ciders or we can go pick up the real thing. Please feel free to bring additional company swag or outside items to add. Baskets can range from $35 value and up. If you are not sure about something, just ask! To Our Wonderful Heartstrings Community!
We founded Heartstrings Home Décor in 2003, and over the past 22 years, this journey has been nothing short of incredible. With the amazing support of our loyal customers and the dedication of our incredible staff, we’ve grown and thrived eventually expanding to our 3rd and current location.
We’re deeply grateful for the friendship, loyalty, and love you've shared with us over the years. It has truly been an honor to serve our town and be part of such a vibrant small business community.
We’re excited to share that Heartstrings will be moving to a new location mid-January 2026! Our new home will be in the Central Square Medical Building at 1207 Main Street. We will continue operating in our current space through the 2025 Christmas season, then close briefly—about 10 days to complete the transition. We’re busy renovating the new location and look forward to continuing our presence in this beautiful community. We’ll still carry your favorite items, though there will be a few changes as we downsize and refresh our offerings.
We also want to celebrate an exciting change for the town of Smithers: the transformation of our current building into the new Smithers Library. We’re thrilled to see this space take on new life and purpose.
Thank you for being such a meaningful part of our story. We can't wait to welcome you to our new location and continue sharing the Heartstrings experience with you.
